When you sign up for Invoice2Track, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company details (business name, industry type, GST registration if applicable). Once you're using the product, your account stores the business data you enter — customers, vendors, products, invoices, estimates, and related records.
Invoice2Track is multi-tenant software: each company's data lives in its own separate database, isolated from every other company on the platform. Your customers' names, contact details, and transaction history are never visible to, or shared with, any other business using Invoice2Track.
We do not sell your data, or your customers' data, to third parties. We do not use your business data to train external systems or share it for advertising purposes.
Some features rely on third-party services to function: email delivery (for invoices, reminders, and account notifications), and, if you choose to enable e-invoicing, a GST Suspense Provider (GSP) you connect yourself. These providers only receive the specific data needed to perform their function.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain data for a limited period in line with standard business and tax record-keeping practices, after which it is deleted upon request.
You can access, correct, or export your business data at any time through your account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.
We use essential cookies required to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@invoice2track.com.
